AI Install Live · 12–13 June 2026 · online

Spend a weekend
watching the work happen.

Two days. Online. Thirty seats. Friday you sit beside us while we install three agents from scratch. Saturday you install your first one, with our hands on the keyboard with yours. You leave with working software in your own workflow — not a recording, not a worksheet.

Reserve a seat — $497 3 seats left of 30.

Friday June 12 + Saturday June 13, 2026. 10:00–14:00 ET, both days. The waitlist is the point.

The shift

You will not type your way out of this.

The site you are reading is a manifesto for one transition: from operator to director. Operator types the reply. Director approves it. Operator attends the meeting to take the meeting's notes. Director attends to decide. Operator measures the day in messages sent. Director measures it in calls made well.

AI Install Live is the on-ramp. Two days where the chair you have been sitting in gets a different occupant — software — and we hand you the position behind it. Most readers of this site book a private installation. The waitlist is six weeks deep. This is the shorter path that still ends with a working agent.

Schedule

What happens those two days.

Day 01 — Friday

The installation, performed.

  1. 10:00 ET Briefing. We name the three motions we are about to remove from a real operator's week.
  2. 10:30 ET Install one — the inbox triage agent. Built from scratch on screen, narrated as it lands.
  3. 12:00 ET Install two — the recurring-report agent. The thing you used to compile every Friday afternoon.
  4. 13:00 ET Install three — the meeting-to-memo agent. Watch a recording become a brief in front of you.
  5. 13:45 ET Inventory clinic. Bring your week. We pick the one motion you'll install on day two.

Day 02 — Saturday

Your turn. Hands on keys.

  1. 10:00 ET Open lab. You build alongside us — same template, your tools, your data, your voice.
  2. 11:30 ET Office hours, in pairs. Twelve minutes each, one-on-one. We unstick whatever is stuck.
  3. 12:30 ET The handoff ceremony. We name your agent. We name what it watches. We name what it will not do without your nod.
  4. 13:30 ET Quiet half-hour. You sit and watch the agent run on real input. We watch you watch.
  5. 14:00 ET Close. You log off with software working in your account. Recording is yours for keeps.

Two days, eight live hours, one agent installed and breathing in your account by Saturday afternoon. If you can only attend one of the two, attend Saturday — Friday's recording will fill the gap; Saturday is where your install happens.

Take-home

What you walk out with.

Not a workbook. Not a Notion template. Working software in the account you already pay for, doing one thing you used to do.

  1. 01

One agent installed and running in your own inbox, CRM, or document workflow — pick the surface in week one of class.

  2. 02

A typed map of every repetitive motion your week contains, ranked by how much of you it can absorb.

  3. 03

The handoff ceremony, performed once for you on a live call so you know exactly how to ship the next agent without us.

  4. 04

The full session recording, cohort-only, with the install steps timestamped so you can scrub straight to the moment you need.

  5. 05

A six-week followup window with us, by email, for the first agent only. We help you correct it. We do not let it fail in silence.

Field reports

From operators who already moved.

"I expected to leave with notes. I left with a thing that runs every morning before I open the laptop."

— J. M., founder, logistics co.

"Saturday was the first time in a year I watched a piece of software do what I would have spent three hours doing — and I had built it."

— R. K., operator, B2B SaaS

"The office hours pair-up is the thing. Twelve minutes was enough to unblock me past the part I always quit on."

— S. P., partner, professional services

Longer write-ups are at field reports. We do not publish names without permission.

Honesty filter

Who this is for. Who it is not.

For —

  • — Founders who do too much of their own typing and know it.
  • — Solo operators with one tool stack they actually use, not seven they audition.
  • — Small-team leaders who want one agent of their own before they buy thirty.
  • — People who can give two consecutive Friday-Saturday afternoons their full attention.
  • — Readers who finished the manifesto and recognized themselves in it.

Not for —

  • — Anyone hoping to leave with a 200-page playbook and a community badge.
  • — Teams who want it installed for them — the private installation queue is for that.
  • — "AI-curious" browsers with no specific motion they want to remove from their week.
  • — Anyone who will be half-on-Slack the whole time. The room is small. We can tell.
  • — Hobbyist tinkerers — this builds working software you'll use Monday, not a side-project.

The price

One installation, one fee.
The change is permanent.

Standard — through the door price

$697

Early bird — before the cohort fills

$497

Less than one hour of director-level time, redirected forever. A single private installation runs into five figures. This is the same arithmetic, scaled to a cohort.

Hold the seat.
We'll send the rest.

One field. One reply. The calendar file arrives within a working day. The pre-event primer arrives the week before — short, single page, written for the cohort.

We do not call. We do not put you on a list. We will not invite you to webinars between now and the event.

3 seats left

We reserve the seat against your email. Payment instructions follow in the same thread. Refundable in full up to forty-eight hours before the cohort opens.

Questions in the order people ask them

FAQ.

01What if I can't make a session live? +

Friday is replayable; we record it cleanly and ship the link to the cohort within twelve hours. Saturday is the install day — try to be there. If a real conflict surfaces between now and the event, write back and we'll move you to the next cohort at no charge.

02Do I need to be technical? +

No. You need to be willing to follow a procedure on screen and click. If you can configure a Zapier zap, you have already cleared the bar. If you can't, we install alongside you on Saturday so the bar isn't yours to clear alone.

03What tools do I need installed before I show up? +

An email account you actually read (Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail are all fine), a Claude account (free tier is fine for the workshop install), and one of the four target stacks — Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, or a Google Sheet. The pre-event primer names the exact accounts and walks you through any setup. Twenty minutes, the night before.

04What if my stack is none of those four? +

Write back when you reserve. If you're inside one tool we've installed against before — there are about thirty — we'll point you at the right substitution. If you're in something esoteric, we'll be honest with you and refund the seat before the event runs.

05Is there a money-back guarantee? +

Yes, and it's specific. If you attend both days and your agent is not running on real input by Sunday morning ET, write us by Sunday night. Full refund, no follow-up questions, you keep the recording. We've never had to issue one. We will if it ever comes to that.

06What about my data? +

Your data stays in your accounts. The agent runs against your tools, with your credentials, in your tenant. We never receive a copy of your data; we see only the screens you choose to share during the install. The recording is the live session; you control whether your share is visible in your part of it.

07Can my assistant come too? +

Yes — at no extra charge, as long as they sit beside you, on your seat. They're often the one who keeps the agent running after Sunday, so we want them in the room. If they need their own seat to attend separately, that's a second reservation.

08Can I expense this through my company? +

Yes. We invoice from the same legal entity that bills our private installations and can put it on a single PDF with whatever line item your finance team needs. Reply to your reservation email and we'll cut it within a working day.

09What happens after the two days? +

Six weeks of email support for the agent you installed. We don't run a Slack community and we don't host weekly calls. The followup window is for keeping that one agent honest while it bakes into your routine. After six weeks, the agent is yours, the patterns you learned are yours, and the next agent is yours to install — without us, the way it should be.

End of brief — reserve

We run six of these a year. The next one fills before this one ends.
