  1. Days 1–2

    Phase 01 — Audit

    Two of our engineers sit in your office, on your call, in your inbox. They do not interrupt. They do not advise. They time-stamp every recurring motion you perform. The output is a single document called the Inventory: every email pattern, every spreadsheet ritual, every recurring Slack thread, every paste from one tool to another. We do not start work without it.

    Deliverable — The Inventory — a private document, yours, encrypted at rest.

  2. Day 3

    Phase 02 — Map

    We translate the Inventory into a map of agents. For each recurring motion we declare: who performs it, what it watches for, what it produces, what its boundaries are, and what it must escalate. The map is reviewed with you for one hour. We make the corrections together. We do not begin Phase 03 until the map is signed.

    Deliverable — The Map — agent definitions, boundaries, escalation rules.

  3. Days 4–7

    Phase 03 — Install

    We build the agents. We give them your voice — your phrases, your closes, your tone. We connect them to your tools — Gmail or Outlook, Notion or Linear or Asana, your CRM, your calendar, the Slack channels you live in. We run them in shadow mode for the last day of this phase: they prepare every reply, but they send nothing.

    Deliverable — The agents, running in shadow alongside you.

  4. Days 8–9

    Phase 04 — Train

    We turn the shadow off. The agents act in your name on the motions you authorized. You correct their work in real time — a sentence reworded here, a different decision there. The corrections are absorbed. The boundaries tighten. By the end of day nine, the agents are passing what we call the watch test: you watched them work for a day, and you reached for the keyboard fewer than three times.

    Deliverable — Agents that pass the watch test.

  5. Day 10

    Phase 05 — Hand back

    On the morning of day ten, we walk you through the final dispositions. Every agent is named. Every boundary is stated aloud. Every escalation rule is read once, in your hearing. We turn over the credentials. We leave the building. We do not bill by the hour.

    Deliverable — The keyboard, returned. The change, permanent.
